explain to me that last photo in great detail.

it seems as if the river is BEHIND dietary blahblah.
and so many other things!

Not a photo, a drawing in which some things are obviously out of scale. I'm guessing the river in the picture has nothing to do with the Schuykill, probably because the river wasn't in the pictures or architectural drawings the artist worked from. It was likely added in the same spirit as the trees and little people on the walkways, just to liven things up and put it all in a context. even if the context is fictional.

As Benellard pointed out, the "picture" is not a picture, it is an architectural rendering of what the proposed facility would look like. Not only is the Schuylkill in the wrong place, many of the buildings in the picture were never built. Note the "extra" building in between what would become Philadelphia Building and Dietary.

I have had many chats about that artist rendering, Its like they turned the campus 90 degres, and admin has a second porch. Would have been an even cooler place if it looked like that.
