Great shots of Linfield, Benellard. Did you pay a visit to Frick's locks as well?
I wouldn't be surprised if the owners of Pennhurst were responsible for the windows... demolition by neglect and all that. Probably have been like that forever or kids got to them though, for a reality check.

Hey, Radman. Don't know Frick's Locks. PM me some info and I'll check it out next time. Actually, I compared the Pennhurst damage with pictures from September and the destruction is more recent than that. I kinda hoped that if Chakejian is going to keep out the people who love the place he would at least keep out the bust-it-up-for-the-fun-of-it crowd.

A fractured image with a visual adventure in every frame. I like it.

that does have an unsettling feel to it ed.
i remember reading in a sociology class that somebody experimented with making rats live in an environment that was engineered to be highly grid-like with lots of small spaces consisting of all straight lines, angles and corners - very little round or otherwise organic shapes. the rats began behaving very violently. after a while they were killing each other out of sheer madness. your picture reminds me of how people live in similar environments.

anyway, another from my junkyard stroll:

That is a really fascinating insight, thanks for sharing that.

Thanks for the kind words Chairman and Benellard!
Beautiful shots Chairman and Scarecrow!
Chairman, the Ford interior is just spankingly mindblowing man!

Nice work Sokko, Radical Ed, Scarecrow. What a crummy weekend. Tried to take pictures locally, but just got wet feet.
